Dr. Stefan Moese appointed Chief Executive Officer

NovaGo Therapeutics AG announced that Dr. Stefan Moese was appointed Chief Executive Officer, effective November 1, 2023. Dr. Moese leads the company as its orientation shifts from pre-clinical toward clinical development and strategic partnerships.

Founder and former CEO Prof. Martin E. Schwab, PhD, hon. MD, focuses his efforts as Chief Scientific Officer and Chairman of the Board on the continued advancement of the preclinical package and the expansion of mechanistic studies.

Prior to joining NovaGo, Dr. Moese was Vice President Research and Technology at Neurimmune AG, where he managed the entire pre-clinical portfolio up to the start of clinical development. He holds a PhD in infection biology from the Max Planck Institute for Infection Biology and Humboldt University Berlin.
