NG004

NG004 is a fully human anti-Nogo-A antibody built on Neurimmune’s Reverse Translational Medicine™ technology, with optimized efficacy and biophysical properties. It blocks and neutralizes the Nogo-A protein, which in animal models stops damaged nerve fibers in the spinal cord from growing back after injury.

The SPROUT Phase 1b study evaluates the safety and pharmacology of NG004 in up to 21 acute spinal cord injury patients across four centers in Germany and two in Switzerland.
